Where to ask, what support covers, and what to include so we can answer quickly.

Get a fast answer
- Send the version (1.0.0), your deploy path (systemd, PM2, Docker, Vercel),
node -vand the output of/health. - Paste the exact error or error code, the command you ran, and the first lines of the server log (they list what is disabled).
- Never send your operator key,
ADMIN_SECRET_KEY, merchant API keys, webhook secrets, env files, RPC URLs with keys, or any private key or seed phrase. We will never ask for them.
